Control of pigeon populations and urban starling roosts in Reinosa

Summary

The Municipality of Reinosa is procuring a three-year service to manage pigeon populations and urban starling roosts and numbers. The work includes initial and follow-up surveys, year-round monitoring, pigeon capture and nest removal, and starling deterrence to reduce health and property risks, noise and dirt. Measures must target the specified birds without harming other wild species and must respect animal welfare, prioritizing non-lethal methods.
