Comprehensive maintenance and repair of Konica Minolta radiology systems at Ontinyent Hospital

The procurement covers the comprehensive maintenance and repair of two Konica Minolta systems located in the radiology department of Ontinyent General Hospital—REGIUS 170+CS-1 and REGIUS 110+CS-3—and their associated workstations, CR units, computers, monitors, readers and software. The work includes bringing the equipment into proper working order at the start of the contract, preventive, predictive, corrective and legally required maintenance, calibration and safety checks. Preventive maintenance must be carried out at least twice a year. The contractor must provide technical assistance, repairs and original spare parts; the bid price includes labour, travel and spare parts without limits on quantity or value. However, disposable items, ordinary consumables (except batteries), paper, radiographic and photographic materials are excluded, as are faults and materials resulting from misuse. The contractor must keep the equipment operational for at least 95% of its useful operating time. The technical specification sets a telephone response limit of under 15 minutes and, generally, an on-site technician response within four working hours; it also specifies under 12 working hours for a serious fault that stops operation and 24 working hours for a less serious fault. Repairs should normally be completed within 3 days (72 hours). Bids are scored on price (75 points), fault response time (15 points) and guaranteed equipment availability (10 points). The mandatory availability level is 95%, which earns no additional points; additional points are awarded for offered availability from 95.01% to 99.9%. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 days starting the day after publication of the contract notice. The contract lasts 48 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. The expected start date is 1 December 2026. The estimated value is EUR 59,400 excluding VAT; the budget ceiling is EUR 57,499.20 including 21% VAT.
