The contract covers construction supervision and health and safety coordination for the renovation works at the Jabero and El Plantío playgrounds in Zaratán. The service runs from the start of the main works until their final settlement and the return of the works contractor’s guarantee; the main works’ guarantee period may last up to five years. The service provider must, among other duties, check compliance with the project, safety and construction quality, prepare monthly reports and works certificates, and visit the site at least once a week. Bidders may offer more frequent visits and must submit a technical description of their work organisation, quality arrangements and monitoring approach. The successful bidder must provide both a definitive and a supplementary guarantee, each equal to 5% of the awarded contract amount excluding VAT.
