Construction supervision and health and safety coordination for Torrejoncillo care centre

Summary

The tender covers construction supervision and health and safety coordination for Phase 1 of a convalescence and continuing-care centre for older people in Torrejoncillo. The services include overall works direction, execution supervision, direction of installations, health and safety coordination and, where needed, preparing project modifications, final construction documentation and the final account. Additional points are available for shorter response times, extra technical staff, a longer warranty, faster resolution of warranty issues, and either an additional monthly report or site visit.
