Legionellosis prevention and control services at the University of Valladolid buildings

Summary

The tender covers Legionella prevention and control services at the buildings of the University of Valladolid and its foundation, divided into four lots: Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Soria. The work covers cold and hot potable-water systems, cooling towers, fire-water systems, ornamental fountains and sprinkler irrigation systems. The contractor must prepare and update Legionella prevention and control plans for the buildings, carry out regular maintenance, cleaning and disinfection, take water samples and arrange analyses, and keep records of work and results.
