Rental, transport and installation of a tent for the Halloween celebration in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

The contract covers the rental without an option to purchase, transport, installation, inspection, event-period monitoring and subsequent dismantling of one 70 × 30 m (2,100 m²) tent for the Halloween celebration at the Miguel Ríos Auditorium in Rivas-Vaciamadrid. The tent must be fully enclosed and free of intermediate poles, with an anodised aluminium frame and a 5 m-high opening for larger vehicles. It must be assembled, checked and ready by 8:00 on 30 October 2026. The event takes place on 30–31 October; dismantling may start at 8:00 on 3 November and must be completed by 21:00 on 5 November. The contractor must provide the staff needed for installation and checks, appoint a coordinator and maintain 24-hour technical support with a response time of no more than three hours. The tent must meet the fire-safety and anchoring requirements, and a qualified technician must certify the safety and structural soundness of the installation. The estimated contract value is EUR 29,400 excluding VAT (EUR 35,574 including 21% VAT). Bids must state one uniform linear discount on the tent’s unit price per square metre. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. Bids must be submitted electronically. Required evidence includes relevant past experience, professional liability insurance with at least EUR 600,000 cover, and a fire-performance certificate for the tent fabric.
