Occupational Risk Prevention Service

Summary

The contract covers occupational health and safety prevention services for AMJASA’s 56 employees and its workplaces and facilities. The provider must address occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and psychosocial risks; advise AMJASA; prepare prevention plans and reports; make at least one inspection and advisory visit every four months; and deliver occupational health services, including collective and individual health surveillance. Medical examinations will generally be annual and may include laboratory and supplementary tests and chest X-rays. The provider must also deliver at least one employee training course and one emergency drill each year. The annual budget is EUR 8,926 excluding VAT (EUR 9,693.20 including VAT). The initial term is one year, with two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum term of five years. Offers will be evaluated on service and medical examination prices and no-cost enhancements. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and have suitable premises for medical examinations within 15 km of AMJASA’s central office. Subcontracting is not permitted.
