Maintenance of climate-control and air-conditioning equipment in the tax agency’s buildings in Bizkaia

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of climate-control and air-conditioning equipment in the tax agency’s buildings in Bizkaia, in Bilbao and at the Santurce customs premises. The work includes scheduled maintenance visits, fault diagnosis and repairs, and keeping the equipment operational. Maintenance must comply with the rules for building thermal installations and the equipment-specific maintenance schedules in the tender documents. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with a possible extension of up to one year. Bidders must submit an electronically signed offer, break down the price by building and state VAT separately. The contractor must use technically capable staff, provide a technical report within 15 days after preventive maintenance and report on the installations’ operation and faults every six months. After a fault notification, it must attend within 24 hours, or within 4 hours in urgent cases; submit a technical report and repair estimate within 48 hours; and, where the repair is authorised, normally complete it within three working days. Repair materials are reimbursed against a previously approved estimate; labour is included in the contract price. Repairs must carry a warranty of at least one year. Bidders must prove the required professional authorisation and technical capacity and meet the register, exclusion-ground and occupational safety documentation requirements.
