Preparation of the renovation and extension-completion design for the Valdepeñas Exhibition Pavilion

Summary

The contract covers preparation of the basic and detailed design for renovation of the Esteban López Vega Exhibition Pavilion in Valdepeñas and completion of its adjoining unfinished extension. The pavilion works are to update its spaces and technical systems and remove and replace its existing fibre-cement roof. The adjoining building, which already has a structure, external enclosure and roof, is to be designed for completion. All designs, including the technical installation designs needed to carry out the works, must be delivered within four months of contract signature. The budget ceiling is EUR 41,322.31 excluding VAT, or EUR 50,000 including 21% VAT; bids must not exceed this ceiling. The contract is not divided into lots. Evaluation awards up to 45 points for price, 40 for the work team’s experience and 15 for the project’s format and content. The technical proposal must include a work-method statement of no more than five pages, team details and evidence of relevant experience and professional qualifications. Scored presentation features include BIM, 3D laser scanning, digital models or infographics, indoor and outdoor virtual-reality videos, and a physical scale model. Bidders must meet the turnover and team requirements, submit a responsible declaration and file their bids electronically. The tender documents also require the successful bidder to provide a final guarantee.
