Summary

The contract covers maintenance of eight drinking water fountains at FGL Granada-Jaén Airport over a three-month period. Preventive maintenance includes inspections and replacement of consumables in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, including activated-carbon and turbidity filters, a GDP membrane, a purifier cartridge and a DETOX post-filter, as well as sanitisation. Original manufacturer parts must be used. At completion, the contractor must provide an up-to-date inventory of the serviced units, evidence of the work and tests performed, technical data sheets for materials used, and an analysis of inspection results with proposals for improvement. If an inspection is unsatisfactory, corrective repairs may also be required; these include on-site technical assistance, necessary supplies and a follow-up inspection, subject to the contracting authority’s prior approval. The maximum tender amount is €3,300 excluding indirect taxes: preventive maintenance covers 8 units at €350 per unit (€2,800 in total), with a €500 budget item for corrective maintenance. Offers must be submitted electronically through Aena’s ELICITA platform by 12:00 on 6 October 2026; no site visit is mandatory. The offer must include the documents required by the technical specifications, and a new bidder must also submit Aena’s supplier-registration form and a copy of its tax identification card. The contractor is responsible for complying with airport security, occupational safety and environmental requirements and for proving that its workers are registered with Social Security. The successful bidder must provide certificates confirming that its tax and Social Security obligations are up to date.
