Supply of plain concrete to worksites in Llanera

Summary

The contract covers the supply of 180 m³ of plain hydraulic concrete, type HM-20/B/20/X0 with type I polymer fibres, for road, pavement, slab, ditch, drainage and other municipal infrastructure maintenance and repair works in the municipality of Llanera. Concrete must be delivered to the work sites in mixer trucks; normally no more than 70 minutes may elapse between adding mixing water at the plant and discharging the concrete on site. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 January 2027 or until the maximum budget is exhausted. The estimated value is €23,040 excluding VAT and €27,878.40 including VAT; the maximum unit price is €128/m³ excluding VAT. Tenderers must offer a percentage discount on the unit price, and price is the sole award criterion. Tenderers must submit one electronic bid within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. No separate financial or technical capacity thresholds are required, but tenderers must provide evidence of registration or a timely registration application, a signed responsible declaration, and a commitment to provide qualified drivers, an order-coordination contact and a concrete mixer truck suitable for direct discharge. The successful tenderer must provide the plant’s production-control conformity certificate and general liability insurance with at least €600,000 coverage and a €300,000 employer’s and cross-liability sublimit. Concrete production must comply with applicable technical standards and environmental conditions; washing mixer drums in public areas, watercourses, sewers or other prohibited locations is not allowed.
