Ledesma City Council is purchasing one new rigid-frame 4x4 dumper with a bucket for municipal works. Separate evidence of economic, financial or technical capacity is not required, but bidders must be entered in the required official register by the submission deadline. Delivery is due within 7 working days of contract signature. The warranty must be at least 12 months, and a longer warranty of up to four years earns evaluation points. Price carries up to 80 points and the warranty extension up to 20 points. The after-sales repair and parts service must be located within 40 km, and spare parts must remain available for at least 10 years.
