Supply and installation of equipment for foldable boats

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of equipment for two inflatable boats: a compatible outboard motor, a steering console with navigation and communications electronics, and a trailer for transporting the boat and its accessories. The motor must be four-stroke, rated at 90–115 hp and weigh less than 170 kg dry; the supply includes, among other items, two 20–35-litre fuel tanks. The trailer must be capable of carrying the fully loaded boat at a road speed of at least 90 km/h and meet the technical specification’s design, electrical and safety requirements. All equipment must be new and unused. The supply also includes technical documentation, maintenance tools, specified spare parts, and operating and maintenance manuals. The supplier must ensure spare-parts availability for at least 10 years after the warranty period and provide at least one operation and one maintenance training module in Spanish. Delivery, including installation, is due by 10 December 2026 at Sangenis barracks near Zaragoza, Spain. Transport, delivery and installation costs must be included in the tender price, and payment is made in a single instalment after the complete supply has been accepted. The estimated contract value is €70,247.93 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is €85,000 including VAT. Price carries up to 85 points. Up to 15 additional points are available for extending the 36-month minimum warranty, with scoring capped at 60 months. The tender must include a technical offer with a compliance matrix, warranty details and a warranty commitment signed by an authorised manufacturer representative, as well as a commitment to provide the training. Bidders must be registered in Spain’s official bidders’ register and demonstrate the required turnover and experience with comparable supplies.
