Supply of equipment for the municipal gym in Cretas

Summary

The Cretas municipal authority is procuring strength-training, aerobic and functional exercise equipment and accessories to renew its municipal gym. The equipment includes, among other items, strength machines, an assisted pull-up and dip machine, an air-resistance exercise bike and rowing machine, a hip-thrust and inclined leg-press machine, an elliptical trainer and suspension-training equipment. The procurement is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 22,500 excluding VAT, or EUR 27,225 including 21% VAT; the price must include transport and installation. Bidders must visit the sports hall before submitting a tender and include proof of the visit, a responsible declaration, a price offer, full equipment descriptions, technical data sheets and photographs. They must also provide a detailed gym layout proposal, an additional-equipment proposal with its data sheet, and a colour chart. Equipment must meet the minimum technical requirements, bear CE conformity marking and comply with standard UNE-EN ISO 20957-1:2014. Tenders must be submitted electronically and signed with an accepted electronic signature within 10 days starting on the day after publication of the contract notice. Evaluation awards up to 10 points for price, 60 points for technical improvements, 10 points for the gym layout proposal and 20 points for additional equipment. Technical improvements are assessed as follows: a welded one-piece main frame without fasteners (25 points), polyurethane drive belts (25 points), and the option to customise upholstery and frame colours (10 points). The supplier must transport, install, anchor and commission the equipment and deliver it within less than 30 days of confirmation of the award. The supplier must also provide user and maintenance manuals in Spanish, train municipal staff, provide a three-year warranty for the equipment and its components, and offer after-sales service with adequate repair capacity.
