Supply of a Nine-Seat Electric Vehicle with an Adapted Seat for a Person with Reduced Mobility

Summary

The Municipality of Pizarra is seeking one new nine-seat electric vehicle, including one seat adapted for a person with reduced mobility. The vehicle will be used to transport people for municipal services. The technical specification includes additional legroom or luggage capacity, 48.3 cm (19-inch) alloy wheels, a 360-degree camera, a heat pump, one-pedal driving and a 5 m, 32 A charging cable. Required technical figures include an 83 kWh battery (64 kWh usable), 160 kW power, 360 Nm torque, a 335 km combined driving range, automatic transmission and electricity consumption of 244.012 Wh/km. CO2 emissions are stated as 0 g/dm (WLTP). The estimated contract value is EUR 35,564.37 excluding VAT; the tender budget is EUR 45,018.18 including VAT. Delivery is due within two months of contract signature, with the vehicle registered, marked and ready for road use. Bids must be submitted electronically, within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Offers are evaluated using automatically assessed criteria: an extension of the vehicle’s general warranty, worth up to 6 points; a longer battery warranty period or higher mileage for which at least 70% battery capacity is guaranteed, worth up to 5 points; and free comprehensive insurance for one or two years, worth up to 4 points. Bidders must meet the legal-capacity, registration, financial-standing and technical-capacity requirements. The submission must include a detailed description and catalogue of the vehicle, a signed price offer, and the required declarations and evidence. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the final offer price excluding VAT.
