Supply of materials for public-space renewal, municipal building painting, and park and garden works

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of materials and necessary equipment for El Coronil municipality’s 2026 employment-programme project. The materials will be used to redevelop public space on Avenida de Andalucía, paint municipal buildings, and carry out works in parks and gardens. There are five lots: building and aggregate materials (EUR 76,385.70 excluding VAT), concrete (EUR 20,417.97), metal products (EUR 10,503.48), hardware, work-safety supplies and related items (EUR 18,466.59), and paints and coatings (EUR 46,638.38). The total budget is EUR 208,618.65 including VAT, or EUR 172,412.12 excluding VAT. The contractor must supply the materials ordered, arrange transport and unloading, and deliver them to the required location within El Coronil at no extra charge. Orders will be placed as work needs arise. Ordinary materials must be delivered within 24 hours, specific materials within 5 days, and manufactured products within 7 days. Deliveries are made at the time arranged, preferably between 8:00 and 14:00, with 24 hours’ prior notice. The contract runs until 30 September 2027. Offers are evaluated on price (70 points) and delivery speed (30 points). Offers must be submitted electronically; each tenderer may submit one offer, and variants and subcontracting are not permitted. Participation requires the prescribed administrative declaration and price offer for the relevant lot or lots, including delivery times. Tenderers must meet the suitability requirements, provide requested evidence, and ensure materials meet quality, workplace-safety and environmental requirements.
