Summary

The contract covers the supply of laboratory consumables and laboratory reagents and kits for the Málaga biomedical research project PI25/00876. The items will be used to handle human plasma and serum samples, isolate and characterise extracellular vesicles, check their CD63, CD81 and CD9 markers by western blot, and extract and preserve the microRNA contained in the vesicles. The contract is divided into four lots: general laboratory consumables (€7,008 excluding VAT), western blot reagents (€7,578.50), reagents for isolating extracellular vesicles (€6,055.35), and reagents for extracting genetic material (€4,051.50). These are lot budgets; quantities are estimates and payment is due only for units actually consumed. The estimated contract value is €24,693.35 excluding VAT and the total budget is €29,878.95 including VAT. Deliveries will be made as needed to the Bionand platform of the Málaga Biomedical Research Institute. The estimated term is 36 months, with no extensions planned. Bidders must evidence at least three similar supplies during the previous three years and meet the turnover threshold specified for each lot. Products must meet the laboratory’s equipment compatibility, study-specific performance and shelf-life requirements. Price carries up to 60 points and technical quality up to 40. Offers must be submitted electronically in Spanish or with an official Spanish translation.
