Christmas lighting services in selected municipal areas

Summary

The procurement covers the planning and complete delivery of Christmas lighting in selected areas of the Municipality of Oleiros for two Christmas seasons. The work includes supplying or making lighting elements available, transport, installation and connection, commissioning and programming, preventive and corrective maintenance, handling faults and incidents, dismantling, removal and, where applicable, storage. The service will be delivered by a single contractor and is not divided into lots. The contract runs for two years with no extension. Its estimated value is EUR 70,000 excluding VAT (EUR 84,700 including 21% VAT); the bid must remain within the budget. Bidders must be duly registered, demonstrate financial and technical capacity, submit the required declarations and design proposal, and provide the minimum staffing team. Bids are assessed on price (up to 60 points), design (25 points) and optional lighting enhancements (up to 15 points in total). Enhancements may cover the surroundings of the A Fábrica Cultural Centre, the municipal dance school and the Mera auditorium, and are provided at no additional cost.
