Maintenance of municipal electrical installations and public lighting

Summary

The tender covers maintenance in 2027 of Cabanes municipal buildings’ electrical installations, public lighting and temporary electrical installations for events. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, lighting maintenance and electrical support for festivals, Christmas events and other local events. It is divided into three lots: (1) municipal buildings, festivities and events; (2) street lighting in Cabanes town, residential developments and sectors, including fair and Christmas lighting; and (3) public and event lighting in La Ribera. The annual maximum amounts including VAT are €25,500, €23,500 and €14,500 respectively; the total tender budget is €63,500 including VAT and the estimated contract value is €209,917.36. The contract runs for one year and may be extended annually for up to three additional years. Ordinary work orders must be completed within 72 hours, urgent orders within 3 hours, and very urgent work must start within 15 minutes. Deadlines may be extended with justification and the municipal technician’s approval. The contractor must use the municipality’s incident-reporting application, report faults found and notify the municipality when work is complete. The successful bidder must have a base in the municipality and on-call staff during events; availability of these resources must be evidenced after award and before contract signature. Payment is based on unit prices, and each lot’s amount is the maximum annual amount that may be invoiced. Bidders must demonstrate the required legal, financial and technical capacity. Offers are assessed on price, a commitment to prepare and deliver an installation inventory, inspection frequency and the technical proposal. During contract performance, waste generated by the service must be sorted and delivered to an authorised waste facility.
