Rental, installation and maintenance of Christmas lighting and decorations

Summary

The procurement covers the rental and supply, installation, assembly, maintenance and removal of Christmas lighting and decorations in public spaces in Santa Marta de Tormes. The work includes legalising and testing the electrical installations, replacing faulty or stolen components, and monitoring and maintaining the displays. The technical specification calls for 32 illuminated arches, 28 galvanised support posts measuring 8 metres high, 39 decorative lights for streetlamp brackets, and 11 bespoke three-dimensional or scene-based Christmas displays. The annual budget is EUR 52,930 excluding VAT and EUR 67,000 including VAT; the estimated total value for three years is EUR 158,790. Bids are assessed on the price reduction, worth up to 100 points; the largest reduction receives the maximum score and a bid with no reduction receives zero points. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a detailed technical proposal with photographs or visualisations of the proposed items and photomontages showing them at the specified locations. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the awarded contract price excluding VAT.
