Socio-educational project for vulnerable children and children’s rights awareness activities in Agost

Summary

The contract covers delivery of a socio-educational project in Agost for children aged 6–12 who are in socially vulnerable situations, together with activities promoting awareness of children’s rights. The service is intended to support the social inclusion, learning, wellbeing and participation of children and families. It includes group activities, study-skills support, educational and recreational sessions, excursions, and coordination with families, schools and social workers; children may also need to be accompanied to school, home or healthcare facilities. The group will comprise 8–20 children. The service is to be delivered by a qualified teacher and a sociocultural activities specialist, each for up to 25 hours a week over 48 weeks per year, or up to 1,200 hours annually. The contract runs for two years, with 22 months of service and no activities in August. The maximum estimated value is EUR 100,800 including VAT; the hourly rate must not exceed EUR 42 including 10% VAT. Price is worth up to 90 points and improvements up to 10 points: six hours of parent education sessions and one short video for social media each year. The bidder must demonstrate valid liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000, the required relevant experience and staff qualifications, and provide laptops, internet access and a mobile phone. The bidder must also submit the required declarations concerning exclusion grounds, payment of taxes and social security contributions, and the conditions for delivering the service.
