Supply of beach furniture: accessible toilet modules and concrete walkways

Summary

The contract covers the supply of two types of equipment to improve accessibility on the beaches of Almuñécar: four double-cabin toilet modules, at least one cabin in each module accessible, and 231 interconnectable concrete walkways. The modules must include an accessible ramp and the required sanitary fittings; the walkways must be slip-resistant and wood-effect. The supplier must include transport, unloading and assembly, and deliver the equipment ready for use no later than 30 calendar days after contract award. The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot 1 has an estimated value of €58,214.72 excluding VAT and €70,439.81 including VAT; Lot 2 is valued at €43,661.31 excluding VAT and €52,830.19 including VAT. An offer must not exceed the budget for the relevant lot; for Lot 2, the unit price must also not exceed €189.01 excluding VAT. The total estimated value for both lots is €101,876.03 excluding VAT. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with comparable supplies. Lot 2 requires UNE-EN 9001 and UNE-EN 14001 certificates and documents demonstrating that the walkways meet the technical specifications. A minimum two-year warranty must be offered for all supplied items, and replacement components must remain available for four years. Offers are evaluated on price, extended warranty, reduced delivery time and additional walkways supplied at no charge.
