Logistics services and supplies for fairs and events

Summary

EIASA is procuring logistics services and supplies for fairs and events in three lots: (1) tents and temporary structures, including barriers, stages, tables and chairs; (2) security and guarding services; and (3) advertising services and materials. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. The contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it by one year. The tender documents state a total annual maximum of EUR 204,900 excluding IGIC (EUR 219,243 including 7% IGIC), with lot maxima of EUR 132,000, EUR 35,400 and EUR 37,500 respectively, excluding IGIC. Actual orders will depend on EIASA’s needs. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit a signed European Single Procurement Document. Bids must be submitted electronically, signed electronically, and submitted by a bidder registered on the public procurement platform. In addition to price, evaluation varies by lot and includes quality certificates, permanent employment, security-staff training and first-aid kits, or the number of advertising placements. The successful bidder must provide the required evidence, certificates confirming that taxes and social-security contributions are up to date, and a final performance guarantee of 5% for each lot. The deadline for bids is 30 calendar days from the date the contract notice is sent to the Official Journal of the European Union. Contract performance includes social conditions: newly recruited staff must be long-term unemployed, and employment opportunities must be promoted for people with disabilities and people facing or at risk of social exclusion in the labour market.
