The procurement has one lot; quantities are estimates, and payment is due only for units actually used. The estimated value is EUR 23,348.40 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of EUR 28,251.57 including VAT. The contract runs for 24 months, with no planned extensions. The supplier must ensure compatibility with Ion S5, continuity of supply, replacement of defective or damaged products, and basic technical support. Orders must be delivered within 15 days; deliveries may be split as needed, and products requiring controlled transport or storage must be handled according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Equivalent products may be offered, but the buyer may require free samples for testing at the bidder’s expense. Price is worth up to 60 points and technical quality up to 40 points. Bidders must demonstrate at least 3 supplies of a similar nature during the last 3 years and annual turnover of at least EUR 17,511.30 in the contract’s field in their best financial year among the last 3 years.
