Reagents and equipment for hematology testing

Summary

The procurement covers reagents, internal and external controls, consumables and other supplies needed for 115,000 hematology tests to assess blood donors’ health and detect possible blood-count abnormalities. The contract also includes the equipment and infrastructure required for testing, provided free of charge for use during the contract term, together with installation, connection to the laboratory and foundation information systems, the necessary hardware and uninterruptible power supply, and maintenance. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 January 2027, or from its signing if signed later, with up to two 12-month extensions. The estimated volume is 115,000 tests; the unit price must not exceed EUR 0.22 per test excluding VAT, and the budget is EUR 25,300 excluding VAT (EUR 30,613 including VAT). Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar supplies, submit a technical description and evidence of CE marking for the equipment, and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply. Bids are evaluated on technical quality (60 points) and price (40 points).
