Hardware and software maintenance services

Summary

The procurement covers hardware and software maintenance services for the Provincial Council of Castellón, divided into seven lots: Dell hardware, UPS units and the video-minutes system, Oracle servers, notification hardware, Lenovo servers, Alfresco software, and NVIDIA software licences and support. Bidders may tender for all lots and may be awarded all of them. Hardware maintenance includes labour, travel and spare parts. Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5 have an 8-hour response time and a maximum 48-hour resolution time, with coverage on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00. The UPS lot includes one preventive maintenance visit per year, unlimited corrective visits, materials and battery replacement at end of life; its response time is 24 hours and the maximum resolution time is 48 hours. Alfresco support comprises 2.5 hours per week, or 130 hours per year, mainly remotely. It includes monitoring and log reviews, problem resolution, configuration adjustments, planning and installing patches, and emergency response in less than 24 hours. The NVIDIA lot covers 4, 8 and 12 RTX vWS Production SUMS 1CCU licences with different start and end dates. Contract periods vary by lot, running from 2027 through dates in 2031; extensions are not provided for. The estimated value is €54,300 excluding VAT and €65,703 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, with up to 100 points awarded to the lowest bid. Bidders must be registered in the required register or prove that they submitted a timely registration application, provide the required declarations, and submit their bids electronically.
