Cleaning service for RTVE’s Paris office

Summary

The contract is for 24 months of cleaning services at RTVE’s Paris office, which covers approximately 95 m². The cleaner must attend twice a week for two hours per visit. Tasks include cleaning rooms, surfaces, furniture, floors and carpet; cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and toilets; cleaning windows and the balcony; emptying waste bins; and replenishing hygiene supplies. Kitchen cloths and towels must be washed weekly. The contractor must provide the necessary equipment and assign an insured, qualified worker with at least 3 years of professional experience. The maximum contract value is EUR 14,800 excluding taxes; offers above that amount will be rejected. Offers are scored out of 100 points: price carries up to 80 points and more than 3 years’ experience delivering comparable services carries up to 20 points. The procedure has two stages, and selected bidders may improve their price in the second round.
