Maintenance services for computer equipment and information systems of the Cogollos de la Vega municipal authority

Summary

The contract covers maintenance, administration, advice and technical support for the Cogollos de la Vega municipal authority’s computer equipment and information systems. The work includes administering workstations, servers and the network, protecting systems against external attacks, installing, configuring and maintaining computers, printers and software, migrating software versions, managing shared network resources, and keeping records of work and incidents. The purchase of new equipment and the cost of defective replacement parts are excluded, but labour for replacing parts or bringing new equipment into operation is included. The service is preferably provided on working days from 08:00 to 15:00, on site or remotely; telephone support must also be available outside those hours for serious incidents. Technicians must travel to the site when needed, with no limit on the number of visits. The contract runs for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, up to four years in total. The estimated contract value is EUR 17,856 excluding VAT, and the budget ceiling for the initial term is EUR 10,802.88 including VAT. Tenders are assessed on price, valid ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certificates, and the proposed incident response and resolution times. Participation requires an electronically signed tender and responsible declaration, as well as evidence of the required turnover and technical experience.
