Occupational Risk Prevention and Health Surveillance Services for the Spanish Data Protection Agency

Summary

The tender covers occupational health and safety risk prevention and health surveillance services for the Spanish Data Protection Agency, divided into two lots: (1) health examinations and influenza vaccination; and (2) workplace safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology, including preventive training. Price carries up to 49 points in each lot but is not the sole award criterion. The work plan, quality plan and additional lot-specific factors are also assessed. Bidders must meet specific competence and experience requirements: for health examinations, they must provide an appropriately licensed medical centre and the required healthcare professionals with at least three years of relevant professional experience; for the technical lot, they must maintain the prevention service’s accreditation and assign technical staff with demonstrable specialist experience.
