Supply of safety equipment and portable traffic signage, and lettering and repair of traffic signs

Summary

The contract covers the supply of safety consumables and portable traffic-control and road-signage equipment for traffic management and road-safety education, as well as lettering and repair of traffic signs for the Local Police Department. The tender documents classify all core supply and service tasks as critical: the main contractor must perform them directly and may not subcontract them. The contract runs for two years from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from the date it is formalised. It may be extended twice for one year each, up to a total of four years. The maximum budget for the initial two-year term is EUR 18,000 including VAT, or EUR 9,000 per year. The estimated value, including possible extensions and a contract modification, is EUR 32,727.29. Actual quantities depend on the contracting authority’s needs, and the full budget is not guaranteed to be spent. Bidders must state a percentage discount on the maximum unit prices set out in the technical specifications. This is the sole award criterion and carries up to 100 points. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single submission within 10 working days, counted from the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must be registered in the national or relevant regional register of economic operators, or provide evidence that they applied for registration before the submission deadline. This procedure waives the requirement to provide separate proof of financial, economic, technical or professional capacity. No tender or performance guarantee is required.
