Supply of construction materials for works under the 2026 Agricultural Employment Promotion Programme

Summary

Jabalquinto City Council is procuring, in six lots, materials and related services for works under the 2026 Agricultural Employment Promotion Programme. The lots cover construction materials, aggregates, concrete, street furniture, paints, and waste management. The estimated total is EUR 128,839.97 including VAT (EUR 106,479.32 excluding VAT). The estimated totals including VAT for lots 1–6 are EUR 46,114.04, EUR 29,729.63, EUR 14,301.74, EUR 5,667.71, EUR 14,554.47 and EUR 18,472.38 respectively. Bidders may tender for one or several lots, and each lot is awarded as a whole. Price is the sole award criterion. The successful supplier must deliver ordered goods to the worksites or other locations designated by the municipality. Delivery is generally due within 12 hours of an order and takes place in the morning between 8:00 and 13:00. Delivery costs are included in the price. Concrete must arrive with its properties unchanged and be used within 90 minutes of leaving the plant; the concrete plant must be no more than 50 km from Jabalquinto town centre. Award of the contract is conditional on final approval of the provincial grant for purchasing the materials. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Each bid must include the required responsible declaration, an economic offer for every lot bid for, and unit prices for all listed products in those lots.
