Cleaning service for the premises of the SEPE Provincial Directorate of Pontevedra

The procurement covers cleaning services for the Pontevedra Provincial Directorate of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) building at Cánovas del Castillo 18, Vigo, for 2027. The building has approximately 1,800 m² over six floors. Cleaning is to take place Monday to Friday in the afternoon: from 2:30 p.m. in rooms not occupied by staff and from 3:00 p.m. in the remaining areas. The work includes daily cleaning of offices, shared areas, corridors, stairways, lifts, toilets, and technical rooms, as well as waste removal and replenishment of toilet supplies. Meeting and training rooms must be cleaned and disinfected weekly and after use; the garage is cleaned weekly. Terrace drains, toilet wall tiles, and noticeboards are cleaned monthly. Walls, ceilings, and window blinds are cleaned quarterly; lighting components, walls, ceilings, and air-conditioning grilles are thoroughly cleaned every six months, with flags washed and pest control carried out. Interior and exterior building glazing must be cleaned at least once every two weeks. The service also includes unforeseen cleaning, such as dealing with spills or broken glass, and daily cleaning of areas affected by construction work while that work continues. The contractor must provide all necessary cleaning materials, equipment, and tools at its own expense, and supply liquid soap, toilet paper, hand towels, disposable cups, and plastic umbrella covers. The contractor must also install and maintain air fresheners in the toilets and hygiene bins in the women’s toilets. The bid must describe the products and equipment to be used and include evidence that cleaning products pose no risk to people; products must be environmentally friendly and quality-certified. Bidders must account for the transfer of the existing workforce under the stated conditions.
