Summary

ASEPEYO is seeking hospital-based neuro-orthopaedic healthcare services at its hospital in Coslada, Madrid. The work includes specialist consultations, follow-up appointments and consultations between doctors, as well as scheduled and emergency surgery, including treatment of brachial plexus and peripheral nerve conditions. Services will be delivered at the hospital, and the contract is non-exclusive. Consultations must be available at least one working day per week, and the waiting time for emergency surgery must not exceed 120 minutes. The provider must assign one specialist in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology with neuro-orthopaedic training and at least three years of relevant experience. It must have an operating healthcare facility with the necessary authorisations, staff and equipment, and professional liability insurance covering at least €600,000 per victim. The required qualification, registration, experience and insurance evidence must be provided, together with unit prices for every mandatory service. Subcontracting is not permitted and variants are not accepted. The initial contract term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions. The initial budget is €47,280 and the estimated value, including extensions and planned modifications, is €151,296; VAT is exempt. Offers are assessed on price (up to 49 points), the specialist’s experience (up to 40 points), and participation in neuro-orthopaedics seminars, conferences, master’s programmes or courses (up to 11 points).
