Cleaning services for two umivale Activa centres in Lleida Province

Summary

The contract covers comprehensive cleaning at two umivale Activa facilities in Lleida Province: the La Seu d'Urgell centre (Lot 1) and the Vielha centre (Lot 2). Bidders may tender for one or both lots. The initial term is 24 months, with one optional 12-month extension. The estimated annual workload is 1,040 hours of routine cleaning and 48 hours of specialist work at La Seu d'Urgell, and 260 routine-cleaning hours and 48 specialist-work hours at Vielha. Routine cleaning includes, among other things, rooms, medical, rehabilitation and X-ray areas, furniture, washrooms and accessible glass surfaces, with tasks scheduled from daily to twice yearly. Specialist work includes, for example, cleaning glass and high surfaces, floor treatment, and cleaning archive and machinery areas. Extraordinary cleaning is ordered separately as needed. Bidders must price the work using hourly rates, submit a technical plan tailored to the relevant centre, and meet the turnover and previous-experience requirements. The tender budget is €64,300 excluding VAT (€77,803 including 21% VAT); the estimated value, including the possible extension and modifications, is €109,310. Staff must be taken over where required by the applicable collective agreement. Routine cleaning may not be subcontracted, although specialist work may be. Evaluation awards up to 65 points for the financial offer, up to 10 for a faster staff-replacement commitment, 5 for a commitment to employment stability, and 15 for the technical plan. Participation also requires evidence of the specified financial and technical capacity and submission of the required declarations, technical and financial offers, registration information, and cleaning-product technical and safety data sheets.
