Supply of construction materials and machinery rental for improvement of an unused municipal plot

Summary

The tender covers the supply of construction materials and rental of construction machinery for Ítrabo’s 2025 Agricultural Employment Promotion Programme works: improving an unused municipal plot, painting street furniture, renewing road markings, and cleaning and improving rural roads. The nine independent lots cover paints and road-marking materials; sand, aggregate and cement; concrete; reinforcing steel mesh; paving and masonry materials; stormwater and irrigation pipes and equipment; railings and street furniture; machinery (a compactor, vibrating screed and concrete power trowel); and safety equipment and a construction-site information sign. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. A separate electronic tender must be submitted for each lot, with a unit price for every item or service in that lot. No unit price may exceed the limits set in the tender documents. Supplies and equipment rental will be ordered in stages as needed; payment is only for units properly supplied or services performed and accepted, and the contracting authority is not required to use the full budget for any lot. The total estimated value is EUR 31,372.59 excluding VAT, or EUR 37,960.83 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and each lot is evaluated separately. The contract runs until the works are completed and the expenditure justified, but no later than 31 December 2026; each order must be fulfilled within five working days. Bidders must meet the turnover and previous-supply experience requirements and have the required registration. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded lot’s budget excluding VAT.
