Cleaning service for TRAGSA’s Burgos office

Summary

The contract is for cleaning TRAGSA’s office at Calle Europa 10 in Burgos. The work covers cleaning rooms, surfaces, windows and glazing, sanitary facilities and furniture, replenishing liquid soap, and refilling toilet paper and hand towels supplied by TRAGSA. The contractor supplies cleaning products, equipment and other materials at its own expense. Cleaning follows the frequencies set out in the contract: routine services are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, alongside weekly, 60-day and annual tasks, as well as additional cleaning when requested. The contract runs for 12 months and may be extended up to four times, for up to 12 months each time. The tender budget is EUR 6,600 excluding VAT and EUR 7,986 including VAT; the estimated total value, including extensions, is EUR 33,000 excluding taxes. Price is worth up to 85 points. Additional points are available for an environmental good-practice manual (3 points), Type I eco-labelled cleaning products (0.5 points per product, up to 3), use of compostable waste bags (5), and subcontracting part of the service to a special employment centre or social-integration enterprise (up to 4). The bid must cover the whole service; partial bids and variants are not allowed. The successful bidder must take over the existing staff in accordance with the Burgos cleaning-sector collective agreement. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 14:00.
