Cleaning and disinfection services for vehicles of the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona

Summary

The contract covers exterior cleaning and interior cleaning and disinfection of 9 vehicles belonging to the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona. Work must be carried out twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, while the vehicles are not in use, between 21:00 and 07:00; at least 40 minutes must be spent cleaning each vehicle. Services will normally be delivered at the consortium’s Barcelona headquarters and, if needed, at another Barcelona address specified in the tender documents. The contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it by up to one additional year. Cleaning and disinfection products and the equipment required to perform the service are included in the price. Evaluation awards 40 points for price, 20 for experience with similar work, and a total of 40 for the content and frequency of proposed service improvements. A bid must score at least 25 out of 40 on the qualitative criteria or it will be rejected. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience, provide the required cleaning and disinfection equipment, and submit compliant technical and price offers. The estimated contract value is €70,766.02 excluding VAT; the maximum price for one year is €35,383.01 excluding VAT.
