Repairs to municipal buildings damaged by wind in Coll de Nargó

Summary

The tender covers repairs and the supply of necessary equipment and materials for three municipal buildings and facilities in Coll de Nargó damaged by wind in March 2026. Construction works are the main part of the contract. It is divided into three lots: (1) work on the rooftop solar panels and the entrance glazing at the Sala Dinosfera building, estimated at €14,464.77 excluding VAT; (2) repairs to the perimeter fence, pergolas and shaded areas, rooftop solar panels and external heat-pump unit at Sant Climent School, €17,607.08 excluding VAT; and (3) repairs to the south-west fence of the football field, €11,961.84 excluding VAT. Bids are evaluated on price, the works manager’s experience, a shorter completion period and a longer warranty; a score of at least 35 points is required to remain in the competition. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days, starting the day after publication of the contract notice. The works are to be completed within two months and no later than 20 December 2026. An obligatory site visit for interested bidders is scheduled for 8 October at 12:15.
