Rehabilitation of structural elements at Castellserà Municipal Cemetery

Summary

The tender covers construction works to rehabilitate structural elements at Castellserà Municipal Cemetery in accordance with the project. The works are intended to repair and improve cemetery structures, preserve the facilities, protect users’ safety and ensure continuity of the cemetery service. The execution period is 3 months. The estimated value is €107,065.61 excluding VAT and the total budget is €129,549.39 including 21% VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single package, including the responsible declaration, the price offer and the information required for automatically assessed criteria. The criteria are worth 90 points in total: price, up to 40 points; an extended works warranty, up to 10 points; additional painting of the fronts of the burial niches, up to 20 points; and full construction of a perinatal bereavement space, 20 points. A price reduction of at least 5% earns the maximum 40 price points, but bidders may offer a larger reduction. The additional painting quantity must be in increments of 5 m², up to 100 m², with one point for each 5 m². The minimum warranty is one year; each additional full year earns 5 points, up to two additional years. The perinatal bereavement space is an indivisible improvement: if offered, the bidder must build the complete 5 × 4 m area, including ground preparation and levelling, edging, geotextile and a 10 cm layer of white rounded gravel, two chairs, a metal lectern and an elder tree with an 18 cm circumference. Both improvements must be delivered at no additional cost. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit the evidence specified in the tender documents. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the bid price excluding VAT. The works must comply with labour, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements, including sorting construction waste and handing it over appropriately.
