The contract covers construction supervision and health and safety coordination for the construction of a roof over the sports court at Rossend Montané School in Sant Pere Molanta, within the municipality of Olèrdola. The contractor will direct the works, oversee their execution and coordinate health and safety. The service also includes reviewing the project and available technical documents before construction, monitoring the works, checking quality and quantities, and preparing related reports. The planned construction period is six months; the service may continue through the works’ defects-liability period until the final report is issued. The tender budget is €43,945 excluding VAT, or €53,173.45 including VAT. Offers will be assessed on price (up to 70 points), additional experience of the technical team (up to 15 points) and a project-specific technical methodology of no more than 10 pages (up to 15 points).
