The procurement covers medical equipment for primary care centres in eight lots: 22 portable ultrasound scanners for home visits, 37 consultation ultrasound scanners, 86 ankle-brachial index monitors, 4 dental chairs, 6 intraoral X-ray units with radiography digitizers, 45 ambulatory blood-pressure Holter monitors, 37 dermatoscopes and 6 endodontic motors. The supplier must deliver, install and commission the equipment, remove the equipment being replaced, and provide support and training at Osakidetza primary care centres. Bidders must submit a technical offer demonstrating compliance with the minimum requirements for each lot bid for and account for integration with healthcare information systems. Equipment must be new and include the accessories needed for proper operation. The offer must include technical data sheets, references to users of similar equipment, and a technical-support and training plan. Technical variants are not allowed; the contracting authority may require a product presentation or demonstration.
