Replacement of high-voltage switchgear at health centres in Paterna and Burjassot

Summary

The procurement covers the replacement of obsolete high-voltage switchgear at three health centres: Paterna El Clot (Lot 1), Burjassot II (Lot 2) and CSI Paterna (Lot 3). The aim is to install new, weather- and moisture-resistant 20 kV equipment to help maintain an uninterrupted electricity supply. Each of the first two centres requires two line panels, a through-switch panel, a fuse-switch protection panel and a metering panel. At CSI Paterna, the work includes a cable-riser panel and a protection panel, as well as cleaning and inspecting the mechanism of the existing metering panel. The works include safely disconnecting, dismantling and disposing of the existing equipment; transporting, installing and connecting the replacements; installing cables and earthing; carrying out necessary minor civil works; and handling utility-company procedures and fees. The contractor must arrange testing and commissioning, installation certification and legalisation, and the final documentation. As the health centres operate around the clock, work may need to take place at night or on weekends, with no additional charge. The total budget, including VAT, is €109,994.01: €44,738.25 for Lot 1, €45,114.31 for Lot 2 and €20,141.45 for Lot 3. The technical specification sets a 20-week installation deadline, while the safety study mentions an equipment delivery time of approximately six months and one installation day per lot; the schedule should be checked against the tender documents.
