Cleaning, pest-control and disinfection services at Social Security centres in Córdoba

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: cleaning services for the buildings and centres of the Social Security General Treasury in Córdoba, and a separate service for rodent and insect control and disinfection. The services will run for 12 months from 1 January 2027, or from the day after contract signature if later. The maximum budget including VAT is EUR 443,462.42 in total: EUR 430,361.63 for cleaning and EUR 13,100.79 for pest-control and disinfection services. Bidders must submit a separate electronic offer for each lot, demonstrate the required legal and professional suitability, and provide the specified declarations and evidence of site visits. For the cleaning lot, bidders must provide the required official classification or demonstrate the applicable turnover and previous similar experience. The pest-control and disinfection lot additionally requires registration in the relevant official register. Price is assessed for both lots. The cleaning lot also awards points for free additional working hours, installation of 13 motion-sensor soap dispensers, and use of vehicles with environmental classification C or higher; the second lot awards points for committing to use vehicles in that environmental class or higher. Contract performance must comply with labour, social, environmental and data-protection requirements, and bidders should take account of the information provided about staff to be transferred for the cleaning service.
