Summary

The contract covers resurfacing and improvement works on streets and industrial-estate roads in San Fernando de Henares. The works include milling the existing road surface and laying a new hot-mix asphalt wearing course, localized repairs to the road structure, adjusting inspection covers and drainage inlets to level, installing drainage where needed, and renewing road markings. The project also includes renewing pedestrian paving and damaged bases, improving accessibility, and upgrading street lighting and traffic signs at roundabouts. This is a single-lot open procedure.
