Works to remedy defects at eleven infant and primary education centres in Málaga

Summary

The tender covers construction works to remedy defects at 11 public infant and primary education buildings in Málaga, based on the approved project. The schools are Lex Flavia Malacitana, Gutiérrez Mata, Miraflores de los Ángeles, Luis Braille, Luis de Góngora, Virgen de Belén, José María Hinojosa, Vicente Aleixandre, Constitución 1978, Hogarsol and Cayetano Bolívar. The existing works warranty is 2 years; an extension of 6 or 12 months can earn up to 20 points under the warranty-extension criterion. Bidders must meet the required company registration, works classification, turnover and comparable-experience requirements, and appoint a suitably university-qualified works manager. Before contract formalisation, the successful bidder must prove access to a materials depot exceeding 50 m² in Málaga or within 20 km of the city. During performance, at least three vehicles with an eligible environmental rating must be used, and the contractor must comply with occupational safety, environmental and construction-waste management requirements.
