Tender detail
ISO 9001 quality management audits and certification for La Ribera Hospital
Summary
The tender is for external auditing of the La Ribera University Hospital quality management system under UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. The work covers recertifying the existing system, bringing the hospital admissions service into the same certification scope, and extending the scope to the home hospitalisation unit. Three audits are required over three years: one recertification audit followed by surveillance audits after the first and second years, with no more than 12 months between audits. The provider must plan each audit, verify compliance through site visits and meetings, submit audit reports and, following a favourable final assessment, issue the certificate. The hospital scope covers approximately 1,048 staff. To participate, the provider must hold current ENAC accreditation, and the audit team must have the required ISO 9001 training and experience of at least 10 certification audits in the healthcare sector. Travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses for the audit team must be included in the bid price.
