Diesel Fuel Supply for the Ceuta Sports Institute

Summary

The contract covers the supply of A-grade diesel fuel for the sports facilities, machinery and official vehicles of the Instituto Ceutí de Deportes, as well as any other facilities that may require fuel. The estimated quantity is 108,900 litres, but actual consumption may vary according to need; total expenditure must not exceed the EUR 100,000 budget. The contract is expected to run for one year, until the agreed quantity or value is used up, and may be extended for a further year. Standard deliveries must be made within 48 hours of an order; urgent and weekend orders must be fulfilled within 24 hours without a surcharge. Fuel is to be delivered by tanker into the storage tanks, with each delivery accompanied by a numbered delivery note and a certificate of the fuel’s characteristics. Bidders must offer a percentage discount per litre and provide evidence of a 5,000-litre safety stock, pollution-prevention measures and ISO 9001 certification or an equivalent document. Price is the sole award criterion and accounts for 100% of the score. Participation requires annual turnover of at least EUR 100,000 and evidence of comparable past supplies; bids must be submitted electronically.
