Installation and management of smart refrigerators

Summary

The contract covers the installation and operation of four smart self-service refrigerators at the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona headquarters and the DFactory building, initially two at each site. The buyer may increase the total to as many as nine units if needed. The contractor must supply, install and commission the equipment; stock it with chilled food and drinks; monitor inventory and temperatures; replenish and clean the refrigerators; maintain and repair them; and manage automated payments, user support and waste. The refrigerators must be fully operational by 18 January 2027. The initial contract term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated contract value is €110,160 excluding VAT. Bids will be assessed on technical quality and formula-based criteria; bidders must score at least 16 out of 32 points for the technical-quality criteria. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable experience and submit a compliant technical proposal.
