Comprehensive recruitment and applicant-tracking software for the Barcelona Supercomputing Center

Barcelona Supercomputing Center is procuring a comprehensive, online recruitment and applicant-tracking system (ATS) for an initial 12-month term to replace its outdated recruitment portal. The supplier must deliver and implement a solution customised to the centre’s needs and integrated with its corporate systems, including configuration, data migration, support, maintenance and user training. The software must support candidate tracking and tagging, multichannel vacancy publication, applicant database management, automated recruitment workflows, AI-enabled functions, reporting and candidate communications. Required features include LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect integration, an open API, iOS and Android apps, advanced security protocols and compliance with the GDPR. The initial delivery is due within 7 calendar days of contract signature. The contract may be extended by up to four additional one-year periods. The one-year price ceiling is €18,500 excluding VAT, or €22,385 including VAT; the estimated total value including possible extensions is €92,500 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Offers are evaluated on price, the software’s user feedback score, innovative features, active-user numbers, support services and the number of job vacancies published for public institutions in 2025. Bidders must meet turnover and similar-supply experience requirements, provide the specified team and be registered in the relevant procurement register or prove that a registration application was filed on time. The successful bidder must provide at least 8 hours of training before the software goes live.
