The tender covers visitor reception and information, cultural and intercultural mediation, and visitor services in exhibition venues and museums in the Community of Madrid. Offers are evaluated on price (49 points) and quality (51 points). Quality scoring includes, among other things, relevant staff experience, additional hours at no extra cost, English and other language skills, further training, and higher education in humanities for some staff. Bidders must account for the specified staffing levels, specialist training, electronic submission and the ban on subcontracting. The contractor must arrange recycling of materials agreed to be discarded and provide official waste-treatment records before submitting the final invoice. The tender documents include a list of staff to be taken over.
